Accessibility

Accessibility statement and multi-year programme.

This page presents the declared status of our services and the programme to improve accessibility. Remediation work alone does not constitute a compliance audit.

Our commitment

Kopro develops property-management tools for professionals, co-owners, residents and public organisations. Our aim is to make them usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, using RGAA 4.1 and WCAG principles.

Compliance status

The www.go-kopro.com website and the Kopro application are non-compliant with RGAA 4.1.

No completed audit or measured compliance rate is published at this time. This statement will be updated with the results and inaccessible content once the assessment is complete.

Remediation includes contrast, field-label associations, dialogs, keyboard navigation and focus indicators. It does not establish compliance across every interface.

Accessibility programme 2026–2028

These steps describe planned work; they are not presented as already completed.

2026 — current programme

  • Prepare accessibility audits of the resident workspace and marketing website.
  • Address identified issues with contrast, labels, keyboard navigation and text alternatives.
  • Publish measured results after the audit and update this statement.

2027

  • Schedule an audit of the management web workspace.
  • Expand automated and manual checks in the development process.
  • Train design and development teams in accessibility.

2028

  • Plan a follow-up audit across all services.
  • Organise usability testing with people with disabilities.
  • Publish a review of accessibility work.

Preparation of this statement
