The essentials, answered.
- Prepare an export from your current tool. Kopro supports CSV imports; our team needs to review a real file to confirm data coverage, adaptations and timing. A complete connector or universal migration deadline is not guaranteed.
- Co-owners, residents, tenants and team members are unlimited. Your subscription follows the condominium and rental volumes you subscribe to, not the number of people who sign in.
- The planned connector uses Bridge. Its production activation has not yet been validated; compatibility will depend on the bank and account type. Qonto and Shine are not separate native connectors. Bank-statement CSV imports are available without an automatic bank connection.
- The trial lasts 7 days from signup. Self-service signup needs no card. Accepting a quote requires a card to confirm the subscription, with no charge during the trial. The Subscription page shows your end date and activation steps; access then depends on your contract status.
- Request a change from Subscription. You receive a priced proposal before accepting it. Repricing is normally annual; an increase of two tiers or more follows the first-day-of-next-month rule. A reduction after losing a mandate can be requested immediately. Terms and the effective date are shown before you agree.
- Registered letters, payment processing and optional setup assistance are separate. For rent collection, GoCardless fees are paid by the professional who activates the option and are never added to the tenant. The provider displays the exact costs before activation.
- The professional activates GoCardless from Rent calls. The tenant then receives a personal link showing the property and collection details before approving a SEPA mandate on GoCardless’s secure page. The tenant does not need a Kopro account. - Yes. Demonstrations use fictional data. You can also request a presentation of your use case through the Contact page.
- In the condominium workspace, prepare the date, agenda and resolutions, then invitations and voting arrangements. Results are used to prepare the minutes. Check your condominium’s information and applicable rules before sending invitations.
- The account owner manages invitations and permissions in the management workspace. Team members should access the residences assigned to them. For an ownership change or access that persists after revocation, contact support with the affected account.
- In the app, open My documents or your personal vault, then New folder. You can create a folder before adding a file, rename it and move your documents into it. Shared residence documents remain managed by authorised people.
- From your residence, describe the problem and add useful photos. The record tracks conversations and interventions. Insurance claims and legal formalities must still be handled with the relevant parties; automatic submission to an insurer is not promised.
- Community spaces allow neighbours to interact according to the residence mode and available invitations. Accounting and general-meeting tools belong to the authorised management workspace.
- Residents can offer items and services. Where integrated payment is available, funds are held until receipt is confirmed under the transaction’s terms. The published Kopro fee is 5%, paid by the buyer.
- Exports are available by module, including FEC, OSCAR, Pennylane CSV and selected business lists. A complete ZIP of all data and attachments is not yet available in self-service. Contact support to arrange a complete data return.
- Primary business data is hosted in Ireland, in the European Union. The Privacy page describes processing, providers, possible transfers, retention periods and contacts for exercising your rights.
- The marketing website is available in French and English. The management software and signup are currently in French. Specific multilingual requirements must be confirmed with our team before commitment.
