Kopro supports residence life. Housing allocation, occupancy fees and public accounting remain in your existing systems. Occupancy agreements, certificates, batch campaigns and specific bilingual requirements need technical validation and a written schedule; they are not presented as delivered in standard self-service signup.

Data return
Business data exports are available. The scope of a complete export, attachments and delivery arrangements must be specified in your contract.
Public-sector invoicing
Purchase orders, Chorus Pro, payment terms and the absence of automatic renewal are confirmed in the quote and contract. Your procurement team approves the purchasing procedure.
Artificial intelligence
The assistant’s scope and the data it may process should be reviewed with your data protection officer before activation.
Rollout
Demonstration, import test, quote, training and opening to occupants: the schedule is agreed after the scope is validated.
