      New feature

      New feature

      A getting-started journey introduces portfolio creation, adding units or leases, and inviting users.

    • Management workspace navigation

      Improvement

      Profile-specific navigation, workspace identification and clearer page titles for administrators, condominium managers and landlords.

    • Bridge connector groundwork

      New feature

      The bank connector and synchronisation processing were added. Production activation still needs validation; this entry does not guarantee that automatic bank connections are available. CSV imports remain usable.

    • Error instrumentation

      Improvement

      Added error-reporting points for Sentry to assist diagnosis, according to each service’s active configuration.

    • Monthly accounting close

      New feature

      Closing accounting periods protects the relevant entries against accidental retroactive changes.

    • Email templates

      New feature

      Templates for welcome messages, invitations, meeting notices, reminders and payment confirmations.

    • Search and quick navigation

      Improvement

      A keyboard-accessible command palette in management workspaces, with navigation to the profile’s sections.

    • Ticket photos and contractors

      New feature

      Add photos to incidents and assign a contractor from your directory to help track progress.

    • PCCop chart of accounts

      New feature

      Transactions can be assigned to condominium accounts and grouped by category.

    • CSV exports and vacant properties

      New feature

      Export filtered transactions and prepare listing information from a vacant property record.
