VILOGI currently covers needs Kopro has not yet delivered: SEPA service-charge debits, electronic registered letters, automatic invoice reading and national register filing. If one of these is essential to your work, stay with it.

You want co-ownership and rental management in one subscription, with the less expensive component at half price instead of two full-price products, a public tier you can check yourself, and a residents' app you can try for seven days without a payment card.
