Referral programme, opening soon
They pay, you don’t.
Recommend Kopro to a property manager or landlord. They get 2 months free, and every month they then pay is deducted from your invoice, for up to 12 months.
The programme is not open yet: no code is accepted for now. The terms below will apply from its opening, announced here and in your Kopro account.
How it works
Three steps, nothing to file.
1
Share your link
Once the programme opens, your link and code will be in your Kopro account, under Referral. You will send them from your own mailbox to a property manager or landlord who does not use Kopro yet.
2
Your referral gets 2 months
They sign up with your link, enjoy the free trial, then get 2 months of subscription free after their first paid month.
3
They pay, you don’t
For every month they then pay, Kopro deducts the same amount from your invoice, up to one month of your own subscription, for up to 12 months per referral.
Examples
You get back what your referral pays.
Amounts excluding VAT, on public prices. The bank connection is never counted.
- 500-unit manager (€38) refers a 150-unit firm (€12)
- €12 deducted per month the firm pays, up to €144
- Volunteer manager (€4) refers a 1,000-unit firm (€80)
- €4 deducted per month: their subscription is free for a year
- Landlord with 100 homes (€38) refers a landlord with 10 homes (€6)
- €6 deducted per paid month, up to €72
Terms
The full terms.
Version 1. These terms form part of Kopro’s general terms of sale.
1. Who can refer
Any Kopro subscriber whose payments are up to date: professional or volunteer property manager, landlord, letting agent. Kopro employees and their relatives are excluded.
2. Who can be referred
An organisation that has never had a paid Kopro subscription (nor one cancelled less than 12 months ago), has not already received a Kopro quote, is not itself the referrer’s own referrer, and is legally and economically independent of the referrer: not the same company number, group or directors. The code is entered at sign-up or before the first payment. An organisation has only one referrer.
3. What the referral gets
On a monthly subscription, 2 months of subscription free, on the two invoices following their first paid invoice, on top of the free trial. Not combinable with another promotional code.
4. What the referrer gets
For every subscription month actually paid by the referral, a discount on the referrer’s own invoice equal to the amount (excluding VAT) the referral paid for their subscription that month, up to one month of the referrer’s own subscription, and at most 12 times per referral. Months given to the referral do not count. A free account (Owner plan for a single home) pays nothing, so it neither earns nor generates a discount.
5. What is never included
The bank connection (banking option), onboarding assistance and any one-off service. Only the subscription part of the invoice is concerned.
6. Form and validity of discounts
Only a discount shown on Kopro invoices, as a “Referral discount” line. Never paid out in cash, refunded or transferred. Any remainder is carried over to the following invoices. Each discount is valid for 24 months.
7. Cap
At most 5 rewarded referrals per 12-month period. Beyond that, the referral still gets their free months.
8. Loss and clawback
A referrer who cancels loses unused discounts. A referral’s month that is refunded or disputed does not earn a discount; a discount already granted is taken back on the next invoice. A referral who cancels stops earning discounts; those already earned stay with the referrer.
9. Recommending your property manager
A co-owner, landlord or tenant can suggest Kopro to their property manager. If the manager subscribes, they get their free months. The person who recommended receives nothing unless they are a subscriber themselves: Kopro never rewards an individual for a tool chosen by the building or firm they oversee.
10. Fair use
Self-referral (including through an organisation created for the purpose), organised cross-referrals, paid ads on the Kopro brand, unsolicited messages and misleading claims are prohibited. Kopro checks each referral (company number, payment method, addresses, shared accounts) before granting a discount.
11. Changes and end
Kopro may change or end the programme with at least 30 days’ notice. Referrals already signed up keep earning discounts up to the cap, and discounts already earned remain valid.
12. Invoicing and data
Discounts are price reductions: VAT is charged on the net amount, and the beneficiary has nothing to declare or invoice. Kopro sends no message to the recommended person: the referrer shares their own link. The referrer sees the names of organisations that signed up with their link, their referral status and the discounts they generated, nothing else. French law applies.

The programme opens soon.
Once it opens, your link will appear in your Kopro account, under Referral.
